Service Impacting System Updates Scheduled for 12:01AM on November 17 & 18, 2026
SMTA will be updating our network software on Tuesday, November 17 and Wednesday, November 18, 2026 beginning at 12:01AM PST with an estimated completion by 4:00AM each day. Members with Secure Indoor WiFi equipment will experience a brief interruption in access to Internet service for approximately 10 minutes each night while this work occurs.
